RAK SERVICES AND PRODUCTS LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • RAK SERVICES AND PRODUCTS LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by RAK SERVICES AND PRODUCTS LLP, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds are applicable within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
    • Refunds do not apply to final sale items unless they are deemed faulty upon receipt.
  • Initiating a Return Request:
    • To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service team within the specified refund window.
    • You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
  • Mandatory Opening Video for Return Requests:
    • As part of our return process, customers are required to provide an opening video of the parcel upon receipt.
    • This video serves as a crucial step in verifying the condition of the items upon delivery and facilitates a smoother return process.
  • Inspection and Approval:
    • Once your return request is received, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.
    • If the items are deemed eligible, a refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    • Please allow 6 business days for your refund to be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
    • The timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs associated with the return of items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the items are defective.
